Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Levy of Special Assessments for Improvement Project <br />#05-24 Saint Francis Boulevard Frontage Road Grading and Paving <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:20 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearin2 <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski indicated this project includes the grading and paving of the Saint <br />Francis Boulevard frontage road south of 160th Lane. The contract for this project was awarded <br />on July 25,2006 and construction is anticipated to be completed this fall. It is proposed to assess <br />each of the three benefited property owners $3,885 in accordance with the amount estimated in <br />the revised feasibility study dated June 28, 2006. <br /> <br />Citizen Inout <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted the concerns expressed by Mr. Bolier during the Citizen Input portion of the <br />meeting. · <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
