CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />04/08/2025 <br />5. 11. <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Connect the community through Parks, Trails and Recreational Programming <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-076 Approving Correction of Trail Easement Legal Description for Outlot B, <br />Northfork and Outlot A, Northfork Trail Addition <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In 2016, the Northfork Homeowners Association granted a trail easement to the city in a wooded area to the north <br />of that subdivision and generally south of Trott Brook. In December 2024, as part of survey work for clearing <br />and brushing of the trail corridor, a minor error in the legal description was discovered.
