Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-076 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CORRECTION OF TRAIL EASEMENT LEGAL <br />DESCRIPTION FOR OUTLOT B, NORTHFORK AND OUTLOT A, NORTHFORK <br />TRAIL ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, in May of 2016 the City acquired a trail easement for public purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, in December 2025 during survey work a minor error in that legal description <br />was discovered; and <br />WHEREAS, to correct the legal description the original trail easement shall be released <br />by the City, and a replacement trail easement described in Exhibit A, recorded in its place; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Administrator is hereby directed to release the 2016 trail easement and record the <br />replacement trail easement described in Exhibit A. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember_ <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
