This ordinance was the object of the petition action. <br />Motion carried 4 to 1 <br />Oliphant abstained because of a possible <br />conflict of interest <br /> <br />Ed Klemish, Complaints on junked cars, etc. <br />Mr. Jim Knutson spoke to the Council on the condi tion of Mr. Kl emi sh I s property <br />as to junked equipment, etc. <br />Clerk Walker to check on the possibility that this is a health hazard. <br />Also the subject of the blacktopping of ~he streets was discussed. <br />Engineer Raatikka to check on the cir9umstances of this. <br /> <br />~ <br />The City Council indicated that the changes in the design of the City flag <br />were okay. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit, Keith Cable.
