Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-082 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS FOR 2026 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the streets within the Carol -Rose Acres & Sports Haven subdivision, Countryside <br />Estates subdivision, Flintwood Hills 2nd and 3rd subdivisions, Riverside West subdivision, Section 01 <br />Unplatted subdivision, and Bunker Lake Boulevard (CR 116) between Jackal Street and Armstrong <br />Boulevard (CR 83) are proposed to be reconstructed in 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the streets Alpine Wood subdivision, Evergreen Point 1st and 2nd subdivision, Hall - <br />Anderson Acres subdivision, Riverside West subdivision, Wildwoods Acres subdivision and Section 16 <br />Unplatted subdivision are proposed to be milled and overlaid in 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-044, adopted February 25, 2025, <br />the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare request for proposals for 2026 Capital Improvement <br />Program projects; and <br />WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to two (2) firms for the purpose of obtaining <br />proposals for completing the proposed topographic surveys; and <br />WHEREAS, the two (2) topographic survey proposals received are tabulated below; and <br />Project <br />IP 26-02 MSA Overlay Improvements <br />IP 26-02 Wetland Boundary Determination <br />IP 26-03 Carol -Rose Acres & Sports Haven Street <br />Reconstructions <br />IP 26-04 Countryside Estates Street Reconstructions <br />IP 26-05 Flintwood Hills 2nd & 3rd Street <br />Reconstructions <br />IP 26-06 Riverside West Street Reconstructions <br />IP 26-07 Section 01 Unplatted S/CR 27 Street <br />Reconstructions <br />IP 26-08 2026 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay <br />Improvements <br />Total Amount.for all projects <br />Bolton & <br />Menk <br />$2,243.50 <br />$5,800.00 <br />$5,461.00 <br />$14,528.50 <br />$3,803.50 <br />$1,366.00 <br />$6,728.50 <br />$1,268.50 <br />$41,199.50 <br />Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />$2,640.00 <br />$2,920.00 <br />$7,900.00 <br />$16,500.00 <br />$6,600.00 <br />$2,650.00 <br />$9,100.00 <br />$3,000.00 <br />$51, 310.00 <br />WHEREAS, the proposal of Hakanson Anderson in the total amount of $5,560.00 for <br />Topographic Survey and Wetland Boundary Determination services in accordance with the prepared <br />proposals is the lowest responsible proposal for Improvement Project 26-02 and their proposal shall be <br />and hereby is accepted; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposal of Bolton & Menk in the total amount of $33,156.00 for Topographic <br />Survey services in accordance with the prepared proposals is the lowest responsible proposal for <br />Improvement Projects 26-03, 26-04, 26-05, 26-06, 26-07, and 26-08 and their proposals shall be and <br />hereby are accepted. <br />
