NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Hakanson Anderson for said topographic survey and wetland boundary determination services for <br />Improvement Project 26-02 for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />2 <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Bolton & Menk for said topographic survey services for Improvement Projects 26-03, 26-04, 26- <br />05, 26-06, 26-07, and 26-08 for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd <br />day of April, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #25-082 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
