1 a. The names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the follow- <br />2 ing parties: <br />3 i. The applicant, <br />4 ii. The owner of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, <br />5 iii. The owner of the sign, and <br />6 iv. The person to be erecting or affixing the sign. <br />7 b. Address and location of the property where the sign will be installed. <br />8 c. Type of sign (pylon or monument). <br />9 d. Dimensions of the sign. <br />10 e. Height of the sign. <br />11 f. A lot survey showing the proposed sign location, existing signs located on the <br />12 subject property, nearby buildings and structures, public streets, rights -of -way, <br />13 public easements, and property lines. <br />14 g. Detailed schematics of the sign. <br />15 h. Detailed specifications of sign illumination, including the source and type of illu- <br />16 mination, wattage, and any light shields and shades. <br />17 i. Construction documents showing the dimensions, materials, and required details <br />18 of construction including loads, stress, and anchors. These documents shall be <br />19 signed and stamped by a licensed design professional. <br />20 Sec. 108-250 — Electrical permit requirements. <br />21 All electronic messaging centers and illuminated signs must obtain an electrical permit, in ac- <br />22 cordance with Minnesota Electrical Code. Required electrical permits are in addition to any <br />23 other permitting requirements set forth in this chapter. <br />24 Sec. 108-260 — Permit fees. <br />25 A set fee established by an annual fee schedule shall be paid to the city at the time the sign per- <br />26 mit application is made. <br />27 Article III.
