Should I call the <br />Ramsey Police Department to let them know I need to <br />park on the street? <br />Answer <br />Yes, if you need to park <br />on the street while the seal <br />coat is drying, please call the <br />Police Department mainline <br />during business hours a <br />day or two ahead of time at <br />763-427-6812. Ramsey has <br />an ordinance that states there is no parking on City streets <br />year-round between 2:00 and 6:00 a.m. If the homeowner <br />has many vehicles or an RV is involved, an officer will need <br />to approve the request. That is why the Police Department <br />asks for a phone call.
