No a~tion taken~ <br /> <br />153rd Street Construction Project. Motion by Councilman Gorham,. ,seconded by <br />Councilman Reimann that the City pay the sum of $43.210.70 totAl Minnerath <br />Inc.. for work complefed\on the 153rd Street Construction P,roject. <br />Roll Call Vote - Carried 5 to O. <br /> <br />Petition for blacktop for Waco Street & Xkimo Street. Engineer Pete Raatikka <br />read the letter on the study that he conducted and estimatep the cost at <br />$60.000.00. No action at this time. Clerk-Treasurer Walker to refer the <br />cost back to the petitioners. <br /> <br />Employee Insurance Program. Motion by Councilman Mickelson. seconded by <br />Councilwoman Oliphant 'to contract with the Al Wilkie Agency for the <br />employee health insurance plan. <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Special Use Permit for dog kennel license. Motion by Councilman Gorham. <br />seconded by Councilman Mickelson to grant a special use permit for a dog <br />kennel license to Jean Thurston according to City Ordinance 75-6. <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Traffic Study at the Ramsey School Zone. Clerk-Treasurer Walker informed <br />the Council that the traffic study was undertaken pertaining to a speed <br />zone change adjacent to the Ramsey Elementary School and it would be concluded <br />in the fall of 1976. <br /> <br />Al Bullick-Riverside West. A discussion on park land or fee in lieu of land <br />took place. Mr. Bullick will pay the fee instead of dedication of park land <br />for the Riverside West plat. <br /> <br />Carter Valley. Don Carter discussed with the Council his propo~ed plan for <br />the Carter Valley project. No action was taken. <br /> <br />3.2 beer license for Anoka Aero. Motion by Councilman Gorham. seconded by <br />Councilman Reimann to grant Anoka Aero a 3.2 beer license fpr July 3rd and <br />4th only at a fee of $16.75. <br /> <br />Carri ed 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Bingo Permit. Motion by Councilman Mickelson. seconded by Cpuncilwoman <br />Oliphant to grant the Ramsey Lionettes a Bingo permit for Ramsey Run Day. <br />May 23rd. <br /> <br />Carri ed 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit. Anoka West Investment Company. Motion by Councilman <br />Reimann. seconded by Councilman Gorham to grant Anoka West Investment Company <br />a conditional use permit to construct an office building in a B-1 zone. <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Mr. Don Greenberg briefed the Council on the antique auto p~rad~ and celebration <br />at Ramsey School on June 12th. There will be a meeting on Thursday. May 13th <br />on the program. No further action. <br /> <br />North Gate Industrial Park final approval. Mayor Cox read ~ letter from the <br />Engineers. Mayor Cox discussed the cemetary easement and Clerk-Treasurer <br />Walker informed Mayor Cox that it was okay. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann. seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve <br />the final plat of the North Gate Industrial Park with the payment of a fee <br />calculated at 10 percent of the assessed valuation of the undeveloped land <br />instead of park land and according to the appropriate ordinance and the <br />Engineers recommendations. <br /> <br />Carri ed 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Building Committee Clerk-Treasurer Walker and Architect Jqck Boarman <br />of Cerney Associates briefed the Council on the progress of the Building <br />Committee.
