Mayor Cox made comment that the Ubion has been very <br />exceptional in printing of items for the City but there have been <br />problems that he would like to see dismissed. <br /> <br />May~r Cox requested that another Councilperson attend the meeting <br />along with himself and he felt that Councilman Gorham should be <br />chosen to attend because he is the Acting Mayor and his term of <br />office is the longest. <br /> <br />OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES <br />. Administrator Walker recommended using the Anoka State Bank as a <br />depository for City investments ~nd the 1st National Bank for the <br />City checking account. <br /> <br />Motion by Oliphant to designate the Anoka State Bank as depository <br />for City investments and the 1st National Bank for the City checking <br />account for the year 1976, seconded by Reimann and carriedo <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />APPOINTI~ENT OF DEPUTY CLERK <br />Administrator Walker ,recommended appointing Arlene Peddycoart <br />as Deputy Clerk for the year 1976 authorizing her to sign for <br />the Clerk in his absenceo <br /> <br />Motion by Gorham seconded by Mickelson to appoint Arlene Peddycoart <br />as Deputy Clerk.. Carried.. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />CITY ENGINEER <br />Administrator Walker recommended retention of Consulting Engineers <br />Diversified for 1976 with the same contract except for a change <br />in the effective date and authorization of work by signature of <br />both the Mayor and the Clerk.. <br />
