There were none. Mr. Fossum made a motion to accept <br />the minutes as presented. Mr. Pittman seconded the motion. The motion <br />was carried unanimous ly. <br /> <br />Lynn Clark was on the agenda for a Day Care Center located at <br />15328 Hematite Street N.\v. She was not present. <br /> <br />Mrs. Wurm, Mrs. Mosby and Mrs. Haugtvedt were present in regard <br />to the property located at 15328 Hematite Street N.W. Mrs. Wurm. said <br />they had a petition to present to the Council opposing the property being <br />used as a church. She gave some of the reasons a s the house being a <br />one thmily dwelling, a parking problem, a fire problem and said they had <br />82 names on the list. She mentioned that several cars were bringing in <br />lumber to this address. <br /> <br />Attorney William Goodrich spoke in regard to foster care and read <br />the State Ordinance on it. He said if they want a residence for five <br />or less children as a fosterftunily home it is permitted, however, the <br />ordinance will not permit more than this number. A church is pemitted, <br />however, he thought a building built for a church. Mrs. Wurm suggested <br />the ordinance should protect the people of this area and said they had <br />a meeting last Thursday. She said the building inspector drove by h~r <br />house today and did not stop to talk to them. Mr. Pittman ::aid there was <br />no building permit issued today. Attorney Goodrich said to pass on it <br />qntil Mrs. Clark comes in. <br /> <br />Terrance Sonneman, 7940 - 152 Lane N.W., was on the agenda in regard <br />to a water problem. Mr. Sonneman was not present. <br /> <br />Mr. Cable and Mr. Runyon were present in regard to rezoning the <br />porner of Industry and Highway #47. They told the members of the commission <br />they were interested in a supermarket and a shopping a rea. They thought <br />we were losing much revenue to the City of Anoka. The SuperValue is <br />getting $85,000.00 from Ramsey County each week. They stated the Penney <br />store is int erested in coming in here. In t he shopping area they planned, <br />all of the buildings would be slab foundations. Chairman Sorteberg asked <br />
