We can have a maximum
size for certain uses. In order to get industry into our area,
we will need to make some concessions. Mr. Greenberg has a road
planned for his industrial park which was agreed to by Mr. Fields
quite some time ago. Mr. Greenberg would like to see this taken
up by the City. It would go from Highway 57 to 56 in a north-
westerly direction coming out at the Tom Thumb store on l49th Ave;

Mr. Greenberg said we could have had two good industries this
summer if we had had industrial revenue bonds. He feels we should
have these in order to encourage business. Coon Rapids has rev-
enue bonds and it is a great help to them. City can sell bonds.
Interest is tax free. The city is not responsible financially.

Mr. Pittman moved we adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Mr. Emmans.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 11:05 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Secretary

. .. \1i_
