HF5247 FOURTH ENGROSSMENT REVISOR EAP H5247-4 <br />7.1 Appropriations by Fund <br />7.2 2024 2025 <br />7.3 General -0- 3,443,000 <br />7.4 Special Revenue -0- 3,750,000 <br />7.5 Trunk Highway -0- 51,223,000 <br />7.6 The appropriations in this section are to the <br />7.7 commissioner of transportation. <br />7.8 The amounts that may be spent for each <br />7.9 purpose are specified in the following <br />7.10 subdivisions. <br />7.11 Subd. 2. Multimodal Systems <br />7.12 (a) Transit <br />7.13 Notwithstanding the requirements under <br />7.14 Minnesota Statutes, section 174.38, <br />7.15 subdivision 3, paragraph (a), this appropriation <br />7.16 is from the active transportation account in <br />7.17 the special revenue fund for a grant to the city <br />7.18 of Ramsey for design, environmental analysis, <br />7.19 site preparation, and construction of the <br />7.20 Mississippi Skyway Trail Bridge over marked <br />7.21 U.S. Highways 10 and 169 in Ramsey to <br />7.22 provide for a grade -separated crossing for <br />7.23 pedestrians and nonmotorized vehicles. <br />7.24 Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section <br />7.25 16B.98, subdivision 14, the commissioner <br />7.26 must not use any amount of this appropriation <br />7.27 for administrative costs.
