3. IP 26-03 Carol -Rose Acres & Sports Haven Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivision is generally located west of Variolite Street between 163rd Lane & 166th Avenue <br />i. Streets are approximately 1.20 miles in total length <br />1. 24-feet wide rural section <br />2. No municipal sewer and water in the area, not proposed <br />a. Project will include replacing storm sewer culverts <br />ii. Scope of work includes: <br />1. Eighteen (18) soil borings to a depth of 10-feet per the attached exhibit <br />2. Eighteen (18) pavement cores <br />iii. A standard geotechnical report including construction feasibility for public utilities and pavement <br />section <br />1. Streets require a 7-ton pavement design <br />a. Typically, City would do an FDR or full reconstruction <br />2. Logs of soil borings with descriptions of nomenclature used for defining the site soils <br />3. Estimated subgrade support strength parameters for design of the bituminous roadway and <br />recommendations for soil corrections; Design R-Value estimate <br />4. Recommendations for earthwork associated with installation of storm sewer pipes and <br />structures <br />5. Recommendations for management of groundwater for design of structures and pavements <br />4. IP 26-04 Countryside Estates Street Reconstructions <br />a. Subdivision is generally located east of Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83) north of 173' Avenue <br />i. Streets are approximately 3.17 miles in total length <br />1. 24-feet wide rural section <br />2. No municipal sewer and water in the area, not proposed <br />a. Project will include replacing storm sewer culverts <br />ii. Scope of work includes: <br />1. Forty (40) soil borings to a depth of 10-feet per the attached exhibit(s) <br />2. Forty (40) pavement cores <br />iii.
