1 a. The names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the follow- <br />2 ing parties: <br />3 i. The applicant, <br />4 ii. The owner of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, <br />5 iii. The owner of the sign, and <br />6 iv. The person to be erecting or affixing the sign. <br />7 b. Address and location of the property where the sign will be installed. <br />8 c. Type of sign (pylon or monument). <br />9 d. Dimensions of the sign. <br />10 e. Height of the sign. <br />11 f. A scaled site plan showing the proposed sign location, existing signs located on <br />12 the subject property, nearby buildings and structures, public streets, rights-of- <br />13 way, public easements, and property lines. <br />14 g. Detailed schematics of the sign, including plans and specifications for the method <br />15 and materials of construction and attachment to the ground. <br />16 h. Detailed specifications of sign illumination, including the source and type of illu- <br />17 mination, wattage, and any light shields and shades. <br />18 Sec. 108-240 – Permitting requirements for permanent signs allowed with a building permit. <br />19 All permanent signs requiring a building permit must submit a sign permit application with the <br />20 following information: <br />21 (1) Freestanding signs equal to or over 7 feet in height. <br />22 a. The names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers of the follow- <br />23 ing parties: <br />24 i. The applicant, <br />25 ii. The owner of the parcel on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, <br />26 iii. The owner of the sign, and <br />27 iv. The person to be erecting or affixing the sign. <br />28 b. Address and location of the property where the sign will be installed. <br />29 c. Type of sign (pylon or monument). <br />30 d. Dimensions of the sign. <br />31 e. Height of the sign. <br />32 f. A lot survey showing the proposed sign location, existing signs located on the <br />33 subject property, nearby buildings and structures, public streets, rights-of-way, <br />34 public easements, and property lines. <br />35 g. Detailed schematics of the sign. <br />36 h. Detailed specifications of sign illumination, including the source and type of illu- <br />37 mination, wattage, and any light shields and shades. <br />38 i. Construction documents showing the dimensions, materials, and required details <br />39 of construction including loads, stress, and anchors.
