CITY OF RAMSEY NOTES <br />1. CONTRACTOR SHALL GUARANTEE ALL NEW PLANT MATERIAL FOR <br />TWO (2) FULL GROWING SEASONS AFTER THE DATE OF WRITTEN <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE BY THE landscape architect. ANY PLANT <br />MATERIAL THAT DIES, TURNS BROWN OR DEFOLIATES DURING THE <br />GUARANTEE PERIOD SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED AT NO <br />ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER AND SHALL BE COVERED BY THE <br />SAME GUARANTEE. <br />2. TREES SHALL NOT BE PLANTED WITHIN THE VISION TRIANGLE AS <br />DEFINED IN CITY CODE 117-348. <br />3.
