Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />ParkslUtilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7 :05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Boy Scout Troop 362. <br /> <br />Boy Scout Troop 362, present for their Citizenship Badge, recited the Boy Scout Oath. <br /> <br />Students of Elk River High School introduced themselves and explained they are present to <br />evaluate the process of the meeting. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. John Enstrom, 8702 - 1815t Avenue NW, stated he has a lot of crop damage on his farm from <br />wildlife, primarily geese. He has called the Minnesota DNR about the 500 to 1,000 geese in his <br />field. The DNR has basically passed the buck to the City because the DNR affords an early <br />hunting season. The DNR claims the full responsibility of the crop damage is now on the City of <br />Ramsey because the City does not allow a hunting season.
