<br />Councilmember Riley asked if one of the lots would be retained by the previous owner when the <br />lot was split. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hanson said yes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Buscher, to adopt Resolution #25- <br />087, Approving Vacation of Easements in HY-10 Ramsey Second Addition and to adopt <br />Resolution #25-090, Approving the Final Plat of "Kwik Trip 1782." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heineman, Councilmembers Riley, Buscher, Olson, Peters, <br />Specht, and Stewart. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Adopt Resolution #25-099 Accepting Bids and Awarding Contract for <br />Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04 <br /> <br />City Engineer/Public Works Director Westby reviewed the Staff report concerning the <br />Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate street reconstructions. He shared that the lowest responsible bid <br />came from Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. of Nowthen, Minnesota, in the amount of $672,350.11. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Stewart, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution #25- <br />099 Accepting Bids and Awarding a contract for Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate Street <br />Reconstructions to Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. for the base bid total of $672,350.11. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: <br /> <br />Councilmember Riley shared that Public Works wanted to make sure that they communicate with <br />the residents on Rivlyn Avenue that the sanitary sewer system is not being touched during this <br />project and will not be an issue. He added that they will also be going above and beyond with the <br />main water improvements to make sure there are no effects on the neighborhood as they have <br />already faced issues with the construction project last summer. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />7.02: Adopt Ordinance #25-07: Sign Code Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hanson reviewed the Staff report in regard to updating the sign <br />code. <br /> <br />Councilmember Specht thanked Staff for their hard work updating this code.
