-140— <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND <br />VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br />The following fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2007. <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />SECTION 2. PU RPOSE <br />ORDINANCE #06 -XX <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />Per 5701.10 (Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, service Charges, <br />and Other, Fees that will be collected by the City in year 2007. This is known as the Schedule of <br />Rates, Fees and Charges. <br />SECTION 3. SCHEDULE <br />The attached permit fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2007. <br />SECTION 4.
