Commercial property is not necessarily a situation where it is <br />not beneficial to the neighborhood for screening. When he built Ramsey Bicycle he was very <br />well aware of all the screening required. A commercial use would be far more advantageous <br />here than putting in multiple housing of high density in this area. This is a pristine area with a <br />lot of investment.
