AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION L AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B -2 Business to Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD): <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof and that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Riverview Bowl, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof lying southerly of the <br />westerly extension of the north line of Lot 2, Block 1, said plat of Riverview Bowl <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map ", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City <br />Charter Section 5.04. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the.
