Background: <br />Staff has prepared an amended Facility Rental Policy for organizations seeking to rent meeting <br />spaces in the new Municipal Center. The policy lists procedures for renting space, priority of <br />use, fees (if applicable), hours, and general facility use rules. <br />The following spaces are available for rent in the new Municipal Center (capacities in <br />parenthesis): <br />• Alexander Ramsey Room (274) <br />• Mississippi River Room (10) <br />• Rum River Room (10) <br />• Trott Brook Room (10) <br />• Lake Itasca Room (10) <br />Staff has also prepared a General Facility Use Policy for internal use.
