Board Member Hustvedt stated that a small visual similar to the Tree Book could be added.

Acting Chairperson aIds suggested that streaming video for the web page might be a possibility.

Coordinator Anderson asked if members had a chance to read through the draft copy. He
recommended that every member look through the draft guidebook between now and the next
EPB meeting to put more thought into the draft copy.

Board Member Hustvedt suggested that EPB members make revisions in the current version that
they have downloaded in their personal computers and forward changes to him for the next
meeting.

Acting Chairperson aIds asked if there were placeholders where photos might go.

Board Member Hustvedt stated that could be an addition at a later time.

Board Member Freeburg asked if there was going to be a list of seed suppliers for preferred
plants in the book. He stated that one of the documents he found on the internet had such a list
on it. He stated there was an electronic version of a cutaway diagram with a side view of what a
buffer should look like.

Both Board Members Hustvedt and Freeburg agreed that they would look for a resource for the
supplier list again to be added to the guidebook.

Environmental Specialist Bacon stated that the mosquito and disease hazard component,
sedimentation basins, and pest habitat should be addressed in the guidebook.

Board Member Hustvedt asked what section that information should go into. With no direction
from the EPB members to his question, he asked if Environmental Specialist Bacon would like to
write something for the book regarding mosquito and disease hazards.

Environmental Specialist Bacon stated that he would find some information to be added to the
book.

Board Member Hustvedt stated that he added a section to the guidebook about what can be done
if a wetland is destroyed. He stated that he researched what the State of Minnesota law is, but
didn't have a source to list as a contact.

Acting Chairperson aIds suggested the Sheriffs Office or Watershed District telephone number
could be added for referral.

Environmental Specialist Bacon stated that Pat Trugeon should be contacted regarding this
question.

Environmental Policy Board!
