<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />OOARD OF AnJUSl'MENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AN(I(A 0XJN.rY <br />STATE OF MINNESOl'A <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />February 26, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. . <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zinmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deaner <br />Mr. Ken Peterson <br />Mr. Roy ShUIrMay <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Connnunity Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimnerman called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting to order <br />at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Chairman Zimnerman adjourned the regular meeting in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br />Request for variance from sideyard setback; case of Mr. Lyle <br />McLaughlin for River's Bend Properties <br /> <br />Chairman Zimnerman called the regular meeting back to order at 7:41 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Connnissioner Shumway to <br />approve the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #2: Request for special meeting of the Board of Adjustment; <br />case of Mr. John Myrdal. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimnerman, Connnissioners Peterson, <br />Deaner, Shumway, Hendriksen, Howell and LaDue.
