Voting Yes: O1air~rson Schlueter, Mayor Heitman, Council- <br />members Sorteberg, Cox and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Roy New<X!llb suggested that when Council and Staff revi&l the ordinance, <br />they consider cmending the size restraints, the existing restraints sean to be <br />unrealistic. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Johnson presented Cotmcil with a ool?{ of a letter sent to his <br />attorney I:!i the City of Ramsey stating that his case would be on the August 27 <br />agenda and he should attend the meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman read the letter out loud. <br /> <br />Mr. steve Johnson stated that his case has been Put off for three months and <br />now Council wants to table it again, Council did take action previously, but <br />that action was inconsistent and that is why it is back on the agenda. <br /> <br />O1air~rson Schlueter stated that in that previous Council action, she voted <br />'yes' on the findings of fact and 'no' on the motion to approve, acoording to <br />August 27, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />
