<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />the City Attorney those two actions were in direct conflict. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the findings of fact can be amended. <br /> <br />Chairperson Schlueter stated that she did question It an I' s 7 and 8 of Mr. <br />Johnson's findings of fact and would change her vote on the findings of fact to <br />a 'no'. <br /> <br />Mr. Newcomb stated that he agrees that the ordinance should be studied but <br />there were people on tonight's Board of Adjustment agenda that were expecting a <br />decision and now Council can't tell us when that decision will be made. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that it has always been his policy to enforce the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. steve Johnson stated that since his re:;{uest was denied, Councilmember <br />Reimann has voted 'yes' to two te:;{uests for variances. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that each re:;{uest is handled on an individual <br />basis.
