Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Heitman, <br />Councilmanbers Sorteberg, Cox and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Ca~e #1: Request For Variance From Side-Yard Setback:C'.a!=:p- Of M & S <br />DeyelqI;Jnent: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman requested Mr. McLaughlin to comment on the econanic and aesthetic <br />aspects of the developnent. <br /> <br />Mr. Leonard McLaughlin stated that after much discussion, L'NR ruled that Oxbow <br />is not contiguous with River's Bend and the density was reduced from 54 units <br />to 26 units. Mr. McLaughlin stated that at this time he does not know whether <br />the probject will be built because of the fact that the developers do not know <br />whether or not the proj ect can support the cost of sewer and water to that <br />location. <br /> <br />Mr. Dermis Miller referred to the aesthetic aspect and stated that it is <br />important that the building be placed within the setback zone because it <br />July 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
