'!hat the subj ect proparty is approximately nine acres in size. <br /> <br />5. '!hat the appl icant 's re::(uest is to construct a 30' ~ 56' accessory <br />structure before the princip:il structure is constructed. <br /> <br />6. '!hat the City Code states that no acces~ry structures ~,be <br />constructed on a site until the princip:il structure has been <br />constructed on the site. <br /> <br />7. '!bat there are no exceptional, unique or extraordinary circumstances <br />or conditions applying to the proparty in question as to the intended <br />use of the proparty that do.J:l()tc1ppl,y ~nerally to other proparties <br />in the same zoning district. .. - '. <br /> <br />8. '!hat the variance will not observe the spirit and intent of the <br />ordinance, may produce substantial injustice and will be contrary to <br />the public interest. <br /> <br />12. '!hat the size of the prop:>sed structure is in excess of that parmitted <br />~ City Ordinance and has been shown no unique hardship which would <br />allow for the granting of a variance to the size. <br /> <br />f.t>tion ~ Councilmanber Reimann and seconded ~ Mayor Heitman to adopt Findings <br />of Fact 0113, as amended, regarding Mr. Stanley CZech's re::(uest for a variance <br />to construct an accessory structure prior to the construction of the princip:il <br />structure. (Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of Fact 0113). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairparson Schlueter, Mayor Heitman, <br />Councilmanbers Sorteberg, Cox and Reimann.
