Stated that he put property
on the market about 3 months ago.

A couple of audience conments were made regarding Mr. Lund not being concerned
with value depreciation on the 10 acre parcel because he made enough profit on
the 30 acre parcel and the property has been for sale for a couple of years.

Mr. Hughs - !rx;Iuired if the 10 acre parcel that is left could be sold to a
conmercial use.

Councilmember Schlueter - Replied that the City has no guarantee that the 10
acres would not be used for conmercial.

Mr. 'lhorpe - Stated that K'lWN is agreeable to purchasing the entire 40 acres to
insure that it is used for agriculture.

Residents ing:uired if the K'lWN representatives would want a 1000' tower
outsider their hane and referred to Anoka' s lElN regarding tower oonstruction
June 25, 1985
