<br />. <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY OOUNCIL <br />BOARD OF ADJUS'IMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA OOUNTY <br />S'mTE OF MINNESO'm <br /> <br />A Board of Adjusbnent was held on Tuesday, February 26, 1985 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: Chairperson Jean Schlueter <br />Mayor Gary Hei bnan <br />Councilmember Al Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilrnember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />Director Of Technical Services Clayton Berg <br />Ci ty A ttorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />CALL. rm ORDF.R <br />. Chairperson Schlueter called the Board of Adjusbnent to order at 8 :30 p.m. <br /> <br />RIJSTNF.SS <br /> <br />Mr. Hinton stated that he is purchasing a large piece of property and needs a <br />variance to construct a second residential dwelling on the property. Mr. <br />Hinton explained that a condition of the sale is that the current owner be <br />allowed to live out the rest of her life on that property in the existing <br />residence and eventually those farm buildings will be removed from the <br />property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrnember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0098 for Mr. Aaron Hinton's request for a variance to <br />construct a second residential structure on the property located at 7910 l73rd <br />Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chai rperson Schlueter, Mayor Hei bnan, <br />Councilrnembers Cox, Sorteberg and Reimann. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrnember Sorteberg and seconded, for discussion, by Mayor <br />Heibnan to approve of Mr. Aaron Hinton's request for a variance to construct a <br />second residential structure on the property located at 7910 l73rd Avenue <br />N. W., contingent up:>n his entering into a developnent agreement wi th the Ci ty . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Heibnan inquired if this is a new situation in <br />Ramsey.
