Mr. Berg <br />stated that the City would be allowing an old time resident to live out the <br />rest of her life on her property, even though the property has been sold; at <br />the time the old time resident is no longer there, that residential use will <br />cease to exist. Mr. Hinton stated he will be providing his own driveway and <br />he will also accept responsibility for it's maintenance. Mr. Goodrich stated <br />that he does not see any legal implications as far as the City is conerned. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
