Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives: <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #25-145 accepting bids and awarding contract for 2025 MSA Pavement Marking <br />Improvements, Improvement Project #25-11. <br />Funding Source: <br />City staff sent Request for Proposals (RFP) to three contractors known to perform this type of work. A total of <br />one proposal was received and found to comply with the RFP. Sir Lines -A -Lot submitted a proposal for a total <br />costs of $36,496.10. <br />The City budgeted $600,000 in 2025 for contracted street maintenance services including; crack sealing, <br />pavement rejuvenation, and refreshing pavement markings. <br />The costs based off of bid projects for pavement maintenance improvements is: <br />• IP 25-09 Crack Seal <br />• IP 25-10 Pavement Rejuvenation <br />• IP 25-11 MSA Pavement Markings <br />$154,404.70 <br />$233,191.32 <br />$36,496.10 <br />• Total Pavement Maintenance Costs $424, 092.12 <br />o Under a separate City Council agenda item, Resolution #25-146 is requesting to approve plans and <br />authorize bidding for 2025 Pavement Skim Patching, Maintenance Project #25-56. <br />Sir Lines -A -Lot is required to complete their work by July 25, 2025.
