So, therefore, you had somet~ing to do with the various shopping
centers or locations in Roseville.

Lukerman: Ies.

Albert: And that included the Rosedale Shopping Center did it not?

Lukerman: That's true.

Albert: As a planner did you on behalf of the City of Roseville, object to Daytons'
planning?

Lukerman: There were many features that were initially objected to by the planning
commission....INTERRUPTION... .

Albert: I am asking you about your objections.

Oliphan.t: Can she finish once?

. :u-bert: ~o, I wanted her to answer my question \Nithout your interrupting.
~f you obJect to some of the.....INTERRUPTION...

I'm asking

Oliphant: :Hr. Albert, please let her answer the question.

Lukerman: We said that there was an inadequate road transportation system to serve the
project as initially conceived by the Dayton-Hudson Corporation.

Albert: So, therefore, you made recommendations?

Lukerman: Yes.

Albert: And these were adopted, some of them1

Lukerman: Some of' them were adopted.

Albert: SO:Q}.e were not?

Lukerman: The Council's perogative.....INTERRUPTION...

Albert: Yes, to disag17ee with the plcnner.

Lukerman: The Council in some instances choose to make some changes.

Albert: That is right. And, when you are engaged and have been engaged in planning of
major or diversified shopping centers, you find, do you not, that there are some
.necessary changes that have to be made for roadways etc. and approaches for traffic
convenience?

Lukerman: I find that there are always major changes to be made.

Albert: Now what are the changes that you said would be necessitated by this project.
Altho, you have not seen any plans for it right? You have not seen any plans for it have you?
