, Lukerman: No.

@C9

Albert: One of the apparent things that you said was that there would be a sewer
problem. Are you aware of the latest study by the waste control commission head of
~ the CBA interceptor lines suggestion?

Lukerman: If you give me something specific, I perhaps could answer.

Albert: I'll show you the book.

Lukerman: No, I have not read this.

Albert: You have not read this so you don't know the answer to this, do you? You
don't know what this says on the latest remarks by the waste control commission about
interceptor lines as far as Ramsey is concerned.

Lukerman: My information comes from this report, not that report.

Albert: All rightt. Let me ask you this question. Are you.....INTERRUPTION...

Oliphant: Mr. Chairman, could he give her the opportunity to answer where she got
her information from?

Albert: I think she said.

Gorham: I felt that she was not really thru with what she was saying.

Goodrich: Mr. Albert, Mr. Chairman, could I caution Mr. Albert not to testify but to
ask questions.

~ Albert: Oh, this is his witness, you know.

Goodrich: I know, but you still have to ask questions.

Albert: O:K. Go ahead. You hadn't finished.

Woman: CAN'T HEAR......

Albert: Are you aware of the fact that there have been any planning by the Metropolitan
Sewer Waste Control Commission for the installation of a interceptor line in this area
before they had any knowledge of any planned commercial development?

Lukerman: Yes. There were plans to bring in an interceptor line into the southeastern
part of Ramsey.

Albert: There plans then would be, on there planning, then was to put in an interceptor
line by what year? Do you know?

Lukerman: To the best of my knowledge, it was between 1985-1995.

Albert: 1985-1995. And, some of the information that you gave us about projections of
populations were bBsed on projections made by the Metropolitan Council. Were they?

Lukerman: Yes.

~

Albert: Are you aware of the fact that the Metropolitan Council has made a mistake in
the projections of population in Ramsey?

Lukerman: In the specifics of what... .INTERRUPTION....

Albert: Yes, are you aware of the fact that by this time 1975 that the Metropolitan
Council projected a population of a little over ),0001
