Lukerman: No, I have a figure from Mr. Tucker's report....INTERRUPTION....

@

Albert: What is the figure that you have? What did Mr. Tuckers report show?

.. Lukerman: There is the figure that I read....perhaps it was in the sewer report.
was 5500 estimate and the other was 6300 estimate.

One

Albert: Have you been informed as to what the population is in Ramsey now?

Lukerman: Yes.

Albert: What is it?

Lukerman: It is approximately 7750.

Albert: It is approximately 7750. Do you know of how many subdivisions lots have been
approved for single family housing in the area?

Lukerman: I knoli-J the number of building permits that have been approved in the last
18 months.

Albert: Do you know how many subdivision lots have been created by subdivisions in
Ramsey?

Lukerman: No, I do not.

Albert: If you had had that knowledge, would that have been a factor in your opinion?

Lukerman: No.

. Albert: In other words, the questions whether sewer was or was not needed did not depend
on how many residential lots that there were?

Lukerman: In my judgement, it depends on the number of residents which are to be served
and the projected number of residents which are to be served.

Albert: Does it have anything to do with soil conditions? Are you aware of what the
soil conditions are in this area that we are talking about...around the proposed commer-
cial development?

Lukerman: The information that I have available to me is again from Mr. Tucker's plan
which he told me that he took from the soil conservation maps and that is the extent of
my knowledge. ... .INTERRUPI'ION. . . .

Albert: What is the soil condition....... INTERRUPI'ION. . . .

Gorham: Mr. Alberti

Lukerman: As far as wet land, lands with severe slope, lands that should not be developed
for urban purposes, to my knowledge are based on Mr. Tucker's plan.

Albert: Are you aware.....INTERRUPTION....

Cox: Excuse me, I didn't hear that. Can you repeat that ag8in please?

_ Lukerman: The information that I have on soils in Ramsey is based on information
W'contained in Mr. Tucker's plan. That ~itifies wet lands, lands with severe limitations
for urban development, and lands that ~no or moderate limitations for urban
development.

Cox: I don't know, does that answer your question or not. I think the questions was
for the shopping center.
