Cox: What kind of briefs do we have to submit? Goodrich: Well, we are not submitting. The two parties are contesting. I believe it would be 45 day~question and the they avisability or jurisdiction of this board. It would be the two questions. Does that agree with you, Mr. Albert? Albert: Yes. It is. But, one exception, that I think that the City is a party of this issue, is it not? Goodrich: It is, but the appeal isn't being made to the Board. Albert: That's right, but isn't the City considering filing a memorandum? Goodrich: No. Oliphant: I would like to have an opportunity to have the memorandum in about five days before its submitted to the Board, Mr. Albert. So that I can respond. Goodrich: Vice-versa. Albert: If we arE!- going to be submitting memorandums back and forth, I am sure thc.t we can both file within a certain period of time. They'll give us opportunites to respond. . Gorham: I would think that that would be the reasonablist thing to do. Goodrich: I think that it is reasonable that both parties have an opportunity to respond to each other's brief. ~i Gorham: And to both file their memorandums within the 14 days? CAN'T HEAR..... I guess the list then of the documents that have to be received, if anyone has any additions to this, are the minutes to phe public hearings of January 29, a letter ~~~---- to the mayor of Ramsey and Council, the letter from Erling Johnson, the letter to the Attorney General from both Bill Goodrich regarding Gorham's conflict of interest, answer from the Attorney General in letter form, April 14ths minutes from the Council meeting, Decemeber 9, 1974, special meeting of the Ramsey planning and~oning, sewer progress report dated June, 1974, comprehensive sewer plan of Ramsey, metro sewer document, dated February 15, 1975, letter from the municipal Commission dated Sept. 6, 1974, letter to James Peterson from the Metropolitan Council dated Nov. 9, 1973, Municipal Commission report will be received thru Attorney Goodrich, the ? report dated March, 1975, and the petition against rezoning. 11 11 'I !1 i" '1 I.
