Maybe a week or so after that I can handle that and have time to review.

Rieman: Maybe at the end of the summer, when it's nice and cold.

Gorham: Anyone like to make a motion as to what date we should set?

Goodrich: The first thing is that all papers .fill be filed here with the clerk.

MUCH DISCUSSION IN BACKGROUND

Reimann: I make a motion that we continue this hearing June 25. at ?:30. here.

Gorham: How does that run for the 45 days?

Goodrich: Let's see. That woald be 40.

HUCH DISCUSSION

Oliphant: I, unfortunately, can't be here. I will be here between July 6 and July 12.....
CAN'T HEAR REST.

. MUCH DISCUSSION

Goodrich: Council, would you waive the 45 days?

Oliphant: No, Mr. Goodrich.

MUCH DISCUSSION

Goodrich: One thing that you've got to keep in mind is that you have to wait until
the Planning Commission has a meeting. Whenever that is.

How about June lJ1

DlIrSCUSSION

Reimann: Anyone else can take your place?

Oliphant: No, probably not in this case. I could come back on Friday, June 20th.

Reimann: I'll change the date, June 12th at 7:JO, here at the town hall.

Gorham: Is there a second to that?

Motion died.

DISCUSSION

_Albert: I am understanding that you are continuing this hearing to a date set?
5 days from that date that it is continued.

That is

Goodrich: That's a good point. It shall hold meetings, keep minutes, and conduct
hearings, take testimony, and oath, and render decisions in writing with 45 days after
the hearing or continued hearing.
