When DISCUSSION Goodrich: I'm looking at the statute, and it says that the - In a municipality in which the planning agency doesnnot act as the Board of Adjustment, in anlC'appeal, the Board shall make no decilsion on an appeal or a petition until the planning agency, if there is one, or a representitive authorized by it has had a reasonable opportunity, not to exceed 60 days to review a report to the Board of Adjustments. I assume since they don't state anything other, it would be 60 days from the date the appeal is filed. But, if they report it to you within the 60 day period, we still have, and you haven't acted, you still have the 60 days from the continued hearing. Is it agreeable, then, to all parties present that the hearing be held sometime in Sept., can we stipulate to that and further stipulate that all parties waive any legal rights as they might have as to that date.
