Absent: Mayor Heitman and Counci1member Reimann. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Case #4: Mike Rausch - Rl5-32-25-42-0021: <br /> <br />Counci1member Cox stated that the saleability of Mr. Rausch's home has <br />decreased because of water problems and loss of front yard due to County road <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Motion by Counci1member Cox directing that no change be made to Mr. Rausch's <br />property valuation for 1986; that it remain at the 1985 figure. <br /> <br />Counci1member Cox called for a second. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Counci1member Sorteberg inquired as to the reason for Mr. <br />Rausch's increase from $77,800 in 1985 to $81,900 in 1986. Mr. Wirz replied <br />that flat charges for amenities were eliminated and replaced with a standard <br />rate. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox called for a second to the motion. <br /> <br />Counci1member Sorteberg seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Wirz stated that $1188 was added to Mr. Rausch's <br />valuation for air conditioning and blacktop driveway. <br /> <br />Motion failed.
