<br />. <br /> <br />determined that the City may use tax increment funds to <br />participate in site improvements. However, bond counsel advised <br />that the City's tax increment financing documents should be <br />modified to allow for such requests. In addition, bond counsel <br />recommended that the City add the River's Bend Plaza P.U.D. to a <br />tax increment financing district to capture increment from <br />development on this plat. <br /> <br />As you recall, in May 1986 the City Council approved a request to <br />use tax increment funds to participated in site improvements <br />(soil corrections and dewatering) for the Flintwood Hills III <br />Addition project. <br /> <br />Recommend.ation: <br /> <br />If the Commission determines that Mr. Foster's request meets the <br />above criteria regarding the need for City participation, the <br />following motion is provided. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval of Mr. Foster's request for <br />City participation in site improvements in the River's Bend <br />Plaza P.U.D contingent upon the City Engineer verifying cost <br />estimates. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
