<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />as far as assessment policy, etc. Chairman Greenberg also inquired as to how <br />the improvements will affect property valuations. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wagner stated that there was also previous discussions whereby the <br />City would pay for the extension of the water; how do the cost estimates in the <br />feasibility report compare to earlier cost estimates compiled? <br /> <br />Commissioner Fults inquired if two city wells situated next to each other would <br />create excessive draw down on the water acquifers. Commissioner Fults also <br />inquired as to what the City does with the interest earned on assessment <br />revenues received and held until bond payments are due. <br /> <br />Commission consensus was to direct City Planner Norris to arrange a special <br />meeting between the City Assessor, City Engineer and City Finance Officer and <br />the Economic Development Commission prior to April 15, 1986 to clarify these <br />issues raised. <br /> <br />Case #3: Discussion Reiardini Public Hearini On April 15. 1986 Reiarding <br />Establishment Of Storm Sewer Improvement Tax Districts: <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that the establishment of storm sewer improvement tax <br />districts should also be placed on the special EDC!City Staff meeting agenda <br />for discussion and clarification. <br /> <br />Case :/14: <br /> <br />Discussion Regardini Joint Economic DeveloDment Commission And <br />Planning And Zonini Commission Meeting Reiarding Developme~t <br />Along HWJ7. #10: <br /> <br />The Commission directed Ms. Norris to request that Planning and Zoning schedule <br />a special joint meeting with EDC to discuss development along Hwy. 10. It was <br />also suggested that any interested councilmembers be notified of the special <br />meeting. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Hardin to adjourn the <br />regular Economic Development Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Hardin, Wagner, <br />Fults, Muller, Kurak, Ippel and DeLuca. Voting No: None.
