Provide construction administration services including submittal review and consultant <br />coordination, issuing RFIs, ASI's, pay application reviews, substantial completion punch list, <br />final review, and warranty review. <br />Meetings: <br />• Pre -construction meeting (1) <br />• Construction meetings (weekly during construction/virtual) <br />• As -needed site observation <br />Deliverables: <br />• Meeting notes <br />• Construction observation reports <br />• RFI responses <br />• ASI's <br />• Submittal and shop drawing approvals <br />• Draft and final punch lists <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />The scope of work and fees included in this proposal include the following assumptions: <br />• The previous water play programming document, and recent design charette form the basis for <br />the scope and fee for this work. <br />• Fees are based on work tasks and gauged on a percentage of construction cost per the <br />anticipated project budget of three -million dollars. If the project scope is reduced or the budget <br />lowered making the project less complicated, we can renegotiate scope and fee with the city to <br />bring scope and fee in line with the reduced scope of the project. <br />• Scope and fees include civil engineering, aquatic engineering, and electrical engineering. <br />• Submittal costs to MN Department of Health and permits will be by Owner <br />The above -mentioned scope of work does not include the services listed below.
