<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />rivers, open land, home market for third-time homebuyers, easy access to <br />downtown Minneapolis. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ippel stated that according to Metro Council figures for <br />balanced commercial, industrial and residential growth, the amount of <br />industrial property available in Ramsey is right on but we fall short in <br />available commercial property. <br /> <br />Case #7: Discussion Reiardini Hiihway #10 Corridor Study: <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg stated that the last committee meeting with the <br />consultants focused on business, service lanes and accesses onto Hwy. #10. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kurak inquired as to the status of request for Ramsey <br />destination signs. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that MN/DoT has denied Ramsey's request for destination <br />signs; a letter is forthcoming. Ms. Norris noted that Ramsey's request for <br />it's own zip code was also denied. <br /> <br />Case #8: Information Items: <br /> <br />The Commission noted information items contained in the agenda. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Gorecki to <br />adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Greenberg, Commissioners Muller, <br />Fults, Kurak, Wagner, Ippel and Gorecki. Voting No: None.
