<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CASE #3: <br /> <br />DIsaJSSION RmARDI~ EXTENSION OF UTILITIES 'ID <br />COMMERCIAL/INOOSl'RIAL AREA <br />By: Camnuni ty Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council conducted a public hearing on March 31, 1987 regarding the <br />extension of utilities to the commercial/industrial area. The proposed <br />sewer trunk would be p:lrallel with the railroad tracks and would cross the <br />railroad tracks on Hwy. #10 at Sunfish Lake Blvd. The proposed water main <br />would be extended along Cty. Rd. #116 to Sunfish Lake Blvd. In addition, <br />the City Council requested that the utilities be extended west on the south <br />side of Highway 10 to serve the Schwartzman property.
