CARSON'S CONCEPT OF EXTElfDING <br />UTILITIES FOR ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At its last meeting, the Commission discussed with Mr. Carson his concept <br />of extending municipal sewer and water west of Flintwood Hills to allow for <br />additional residential development.
