<br />Ie <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,. <br />I <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />On May 12, the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a) Approved plans and set the date of June 9 to receive bids for the <br />extension of sewer and water to the Industrial area. <br /> <br />b) Established Development District #2 and Tax Increment District 13 <br />in the vicinity of 167th Avenue N.W. and State Hwy. 147 in order to <br />participate in Bob Muller's commercial center. <br /> <br />2. On May 26, the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a) Denied a conditional use permit to construct an addition for <br />residential use in the B-1 Business District as requested by Duane <br />and Bonnie Lundeen. <br /> <br />b) Granted preliminary plat approval of Pineview Estates Second <br />Addition Planned Unit Development requested by Gilbert Menkveld. <br />This planned unit development incorporates residential structures <br />with home occupations. <br /> <br />3. On May 28, the City Council took the following action: <br /> <br />a) Approved a request for a conditional use permit to grade and <br />excavate south of 149th, west of County Road #56, as requested by <br />Mr. Gilbert Menkveld. <br /> <br />4- <br />
