<br /> <br />ABSENTEE BALLOTS <br /> <br />In addition to the regular hours of business <br />(Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), the Anoka <br />County Courthouse elections department (Auditor's <br />Office) will be open Saturday, November 1 from 8:00 <br />a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Monday, November 3 from <br />8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for absentee voting. Residents <br />may register to vote with proper identification when <br />voting absentee. <br /> <br />ASSISTANCE TO <br /> <br />HANDICAPPED VOTERS <br /> <br />All polling places must meet accessibility stan- <br />dards unless no available building can be made ac- <br />cessible.
