Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Authorization to Purchase ASIST Software for NPDES Compliance Reporting <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council authorize the Engineering <br />Department to purchase the ASIST software for a cost of $3,495 and to authorize the <br />inclusion of a laptop computer in the 2004 Storm Water Utility Fund budget. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to authorize the <br />Engineering Department to purchase the ASIST software for a cost of $3,495 and to authorize the <br />inclusion of a laptop computer in the 2004 Storm Water Utility Fund budget. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Mayor Gamec inquired as to what the cost on the laptop computer was. <br />Principal City Engineer Olson replied approximately $1,300. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Authorization to Purchase Digital Cameras for Police Department <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City Council adopt the resolution <br />authorizing the police department to purchase three Olympus Digital Cameras, cases, and <br />applicable media memory cards and batteries from National Graphic Supply, utilizing <br />funds from the Equipment Replacement Fund not to exceed $1,584.00. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Resolution <br />#03-04-085 authorizing the police department to purchase three Olympus Digital Cameras, cases, <br />and applicable media memory cards and batteries from National Graphic Supply utilizing funds <br />from the Equipment Replacement Fund not to exceed $1,584.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
