Case #12: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Lots 3 and 3a, Block 1, Sunfish <br />Business Park <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City of Ramsey entered into a TIF Agreement with <br />Panther Investments. As part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to Lots 3 and 3A, <br />Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park to Panther Investments. On April 8, 2003, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to adopt Ordinance <br />#03-13 authorizing the sale of Lot 3 and Lot 3A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Strommen aye <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Cook aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Pearson aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #13: <br /> <br />Introduction of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Lot 3, Block 1, <br />Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the City has received a letter of intent from W. Properties, <br />LLC to purchase Lot 3, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5 and construct a building at <br />a later date. Negotiations are currently under way and staff will bring the Development <br />Agreement to the City Council for approval. As a part of the proposed transactions, the City is to <br />convey title to Lot 3, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5 to W, Properties LLC. In <br />order to complete this transaction a sale ordinance needs to be introduced and adopted <br />authorizing the sale. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to introduce an ordinance <br />authorizing the sale of Lot 3, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman.
