Mr. Carson replied that there will be a restrictive covenants that <br />establishes a minimum house size and price of $100,000. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman noted receipt of a petition from residents of Flintwood <br />Hills and Ramsey Terrace stating their opposition to the Windemere Woods <br />plat because of proposed high density~ increased traffic and construction <br />sewer along 142nd. <br /> <br />Mr. Carson noted that this area, according to the Comprehensive Plan, has <br />been proposed to be served by municipal services for many years. Flintwood <br />Hills I is in the urban area and was developed with one acre lots but in a <br />way that would not prevent subdivision into urban size lots in the future; <br />those that chose not to locate their home on the lot appropriately had to <br />sign an agreement stating that they are aware that they have forfeited <br />their right to subdivide.
